Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items for a refund within 10 days from delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and with tags attached.
Items that are damaged or altered, including those with makeup, stains, or scents, will not be accepted.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, items from our Hijab Collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Fees

If you return your entire order, a $15 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund if the original order qualified for Free Shipping.
Otherwise, regular return shipping rates apply.

Faulty Items

At DAN MoDestwear, our quality control team carefully inspects each item before shipping.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at Dan.modestwear@gmail.com to receive a return label and arrange for a full refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, including clearance and limited-time promotions, cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns

We do not refund international duties or taxes on DDP or DDU orders. For a refund, contact your local customs office.
We do not offer exchanges on international orders — only refunds (minus shipping fees).

How to Return or Exchange

1. Ensure your item meets the return conditions above.
2. Send us an email at Dan.modestwear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
