Order Processing and Shipping Information
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7–10 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–5 business days
Please note: During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take an additional 2–4 business days.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery and Responsibility
Once your package leaves our warehouse, DAN MoDestwear has limited control over its transit.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays may occur, especially during peak seasons.
DAN MoDestwear is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Packages returned as undeliverable
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If you’re unavailable to receive the package, the carrier may leave a parcel card with pickup or redelivery instructions.
If the carrier marks the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are not liable for missing parcels due to courier or customer errors.
International Orders – Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs office and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
DAN MoDestwear is not responsible if:
- You are not notified by your postal authority about customs charges
- The package is refused, lost, or discarded due to unpaid duties or taxes
If your package is returned to us, any import fees or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We are legally required to declare the value of all items shipped. Customs may delay, reject, or confiscate the package, which is out of our control.
